The military Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine was declared wanted the former authorized representative of the Russian President in the “Crimean Federal district” Oleg Belavencev, according to HCP.

Belavenets accused of committing crimes under article “complicity in the violation of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine”, “incitement to treason” and “aiding and abetting the waging of aggressive war on preliminary arrangement by group of persons” PDA.

Investigators say they have evidence that Belavenets in 2014 declined the Ukrainian military in Crimea to side with Russia.

“The person wanted, investigators, judges granted permission for the detention and delivery in court for the hearing of the petition on application of preventive measure in the form of detention”, – is spoken in the message.
