MP Serhiy Leshchenko believes that the publication and dissemination of the video cross-examination by the ex-Deputy Vladimir Landik and Vladimir Medyanik the responsibility of the state office of public Prosecutor and personally its head Yuriy Lutsenko. Earlier in the Internet appeared the video cross-examination of the ex-deputies from “Party of regions” Vladimir Medianik and Vladimir Landik. Lawyer Medianik Kim Veremiychyk believes that the publication of the video of the interrogation Landik’s participation does not harm the interests of the investigation.

Recall, August 7, in the case of the arrested former head of fraction of Party of regions Oleksandr Yefremov was detained former MP Medyanik.

The GPU reported that Medianik is suspected of committing several criminal offences, namely committing an intentional action with the aim of changing the borders of Ukraine in violation of the Constitution, which led to deaths and other serious consequences according to article 110, part 3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine; the Commission and other organizational support to the establishment and activities of the terrorist organization “LNR” under article 258-3 of part 1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

We will note, Vladimir Medyanik was a Deputy from Party of regions from 2012 to 2014.

As reported, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko stated about the possibility of changing the measure of restraint Vladimir Medyanik, subject to his cooperation with the investigation.
