McGregor: I wasn’t retired

Макгрегор: Я не завершал карьеру

McGregor will continue his career

UFC champion Conor McGregor commented on his words about retirement.

“I’m just trying to do my job and fight. I pay for fights, I don’t pay for their promotion. I became lost in the game of promotion and forgot about the art of combat. There comes a time when it is time to stop handing out leaflets, and get back in the damn shop,” said McGregor MMA Fighting.

“50 world tours 200 press conferences, interview 1 million, 2 million photo shoots – and after that, I met face to face with defeat, think only of the wrong training. And how many things distracted me. Nothing else in my head. It’s time to come back to life, which led me to this position,” said the Irishman.

“The time has come once again become selfish in your training. This is the only way. I think that $ 400 million, which brought the company three of my last fights, enough that I got a small freedom of action”, says McGregor.

“I’m still ready to be at UFC 200. I have already offered to fly to new York for a big press conference, and then return to training. If that’s not enough, I don’t know what to say. Again, for USADA and my contractual obligations with the UFC – I’m not retired,” says the fighter.
