The Russian Prime Minister is in Feodosia.

Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev visited the annexed Crimea, where he signed the documents for the construction of new and reconstruction of existing facilities on the Peninsula, according to the website of the Russian government.

The total funding will amount to at least 57 billion (940 million dollars), said Medvedev at a meeting on industry of the Crimea and Sevastopol at the shipyard Sea in Feodosia.

“I signed the order according to spending budget for 2018 and for the period 2019-2020. On the construction and reconstruction of roads of the Kerch – Feodosiya – Belogorsk – Simferopol – Bakhchisarai – Sevastopol will allocate 14.4 billion rubles, 780 million directed to the construction of the road to Kerch, the 6.75 billion will be spent on health and education in Sevastopol”, – said the Russian Prime Minister.

The money will also go toward the construction and renovation of sewers, tunnel culverts, electrification of settlements in the Crimea. The government also will allocate funds for the reconstruction of Artek.

He also said that defense enterprises of the Crimea in 2017, loaded with orders in excess of 13 billion rubles.

Medvedev was in Crimea last year. In may he visited Feodosia, where he said his famous phrase “no money, but you hold fast.” The Russian Prime Minister the same was on the Peninsula with Putin in September.
