Obolonskiy district court of Kyiv on Wednesday, January 24, questioned for treason of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych, former interior Minister Anatoly Mogilev.

After the capture by unknown persons in the night from 26 to 27 February 2014, the buildings of the Crimean Verkhovna Rada and the Council of Ministers of the ARC from the new Central government in Kiev had received no commands to respond to this situation. This was during the interrogation as a witness in case of treason Viktor Yanukovych in Obolon district court of Kyiv, said the head of the Council of Ministers and former interior Minister Anatoly Mogilev, Interfax-Ukraine.

“I gave this information to the Crimean Central Board, talked with someone from the leadership of AP, Senchenko or Pashinsky, we transferred to the SBU Nalyvaychenko video capture buildings. After that no intelligible commands from Kiev didn’t arrive”, – he said.

Mogilev noted that when Crimea came to lead at the end of February 2014, the security service and interior Ministry of Ukraine Valentyn Nalyvaychenko and Arsen Avakov, they did not communicate neither with him nor with any of the authorities of Crimea.

He also believes, at the meeting of the Council 28 February 2014 it was necessary to invite representatives of the Crimea.

We will remind, today the court interrogated the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Parubiy. He stated that Viktor Yanukovich was under the influence of Russia and marked the beginning of a future aggression of Russia against Ukraine, signed in 2010 Kharkov agreements.
