A foreigner found guilty under article – false message about the threat to the security of citizens.

The Solomensky district court of Kiev sentenced the citizen of Moldova to three years of imprisonment for false report about mining of the Central Kiev train station in July 2017. This was reported on the official website of the Metropolitan Prosecutor’s office.

“With the participation of the Kyiv Prosecutor the local Prosecutor’s office No. 9, announced the indictment of 27-year-old citizen of Moldova, who made a false report about mining of the Central railway station in the capital”, – reported in Prosecutor’s office.

In the end, the pseudo-miner was convicted.

“The sentence of Solomensky district court of Kiev man found guilty under part 1 of article 259 of the criminal code (obviously untrue report on threat of safety of citizens) and sentenced to a real sentence of 3 years imprisonment”, – is told in the message.

Recall that the last time the capital’s railway station “mined” December 3, 2017.
