In Ukraine continues to increase the monetary base

Since the beginning of year the monetary base in Ukraine grew by 6.5% 399,1 billion to 425,018 billion.

In October, the monetary base grew by 0.2% to 425,018 billion on November 1. This was reported on the website of the National Bank.

Since the beginning of year the monetary base grew by 6.5% 399,1 billion.

Money supply in October fell by 0.4% with 1 249,4 billion on 1 October to 1 244,7 billion on November 1 with the beginning of the year the money supply increased by 3.0% from 1 208,859 billion.

The volume of cash in circulation, according to the operative data of the NBU, in October rose 0.1 percent from 347,3 billion hryvnia in October, 1 till 347,7 billion on November 1, and from the beginning of the year increased by 4.6% from 332,546 billion.

Thus in 2017, the monetary base increased by 4.6% from 381,6 billion.

Earlier it was reported that the NBU plans to facilitate the Ukrainians a number of restrictions on money transfers abroad and investment in foreign financial markets.
