Rosenblatt was not allowed to fly to Germany

The detectives NAB has reported about the investigation at the airport in Kyiv.

During his detention at the airport in Kiev, the Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt found materials for so-called “amber case”. On Friday, October 20, said NABU.

“On 19 October, detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine prevented the export abroad of the people’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt materials that are important to investigate so-called “amber case”, and also secured his participation in the court hearing on the extension of obligations”, – stated in the message.

The consequence considers that the Deputy was trying to hide so the means of communication that could contain information of the crimes committed and the communication between its participants, material and monetary values, as well as other assets to prevent his arrest in a criminal case.

“During the search conducted in the aircraft, the detectives NAB withdrew from Borislav Rosenblatt mobile phones, tablet PC; products look like jewelry; payment cards issued by foreign banks; the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad, diplomatic passport,” the statement reads.

It was also found that the departure of the Deputy used a diplomatic passport, although the trip was of a private nature.

NABOO and COAG suspect people’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt, to obtain undue benefits and influence peddling. The court chose the measure of restraint in the form of pledge in the amount of 7 million UAH and obliged to surrender passport, wear an electronic bracelet, and the like. The validity of these duties ended on October 16. Extend their trial failed because of the absence of the suspect at the hearing for consideration of the corresponding petition.

Earlier, the Deputy assured that the intention to leave for treatment in Germany warned in advance of the detectives NAB.
