The state company Naftogaz of Ukraine plans in October 2018 to issue Eurobonds in amount of 500 million – one billion dollars. Said the head of Board of NJSC Andriy KOBOLEV Interfax-Ukraine on the sidelines of the forum YES.

“Yes, we will be releasing. I think it will be in October,” he said, answering the question, does the company plans to issue Eurobonds in the current environment.

KOBOLEV said that funds scheduled to be drawn for development of the company.

At the end of the 2017 chief commercial officer of Naftogaz Yuriy Vitrenko speaks of the intention of the company in 2018 to enter the foreign debt market with a Eurobond of one billion dollars.

At the end of July 2018 Naftogaz has hired law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer to accompany the placement of Eurobonds. Services must be rendered for the period until July 1, 2020.

By the end of 2017, Naftogaz received a net consolidated profit 39,45 billion UAH, which is 2.2 times more than in 2016. According to the audited report by Deloitte, the income from sales in 2017, increased by 18 percent to 227,478 billion hryvnia.

Earlier it was reported that Naftogaz will increase the price of gas supplied to industrial consumers at the conclusion of the contract of August 30.
