Naftogaz is the largest tax payer in Ukraine. Revenues of the group amounted to 18.4% of total budget revenues.

For five months of 2018 Naftogaz has paid to the state budget of 53.5 billion hryvnias of taxes. About it reports a press-service of the company on Tuesday, June 12.

“Revenues of the group amounted to 18.4% of total state budget revenues in January-may 2018”, – stated in the message and noted that Naftogaz remains the largest taxpayer in Ukraine.

It is also noted that in 2017 the total amount of tax and dividend payments of Naftogaz to the state budget made up 107,3 billion.

Earlier media reported that Naftogaz will pay bonuses to the management Board of the company in connection with a victory in the Stockholm arbitration in the dispute with Gazprom. The approved size of bonuses – 1% of the winnings under the transit contract (in this case – $4.56 billion). Thus, the Board is subject to payment in the amount of $45.6 million

It was noted that the bulk of the money – up to 75% will be distributed among the head of Naftogaz Andrey KOBOLEV and chief commercial Director of the company Yuriy Vitrenko.

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman asked to explain millions in bonuses to Naftogaz. He believes that “inflection point.”
