In the ATO zone near Khartsyzk hit a mine, two women, reported on the website of the OSCE mission in Ukraine.

“Two women, 60 and 56 were injured by an explosive device near a checkpoint of the APU to the North from the government-controlled village of birch (31 km North-West of Donetsk)”, – stated in the message.

According to medics, the woman went to government-controlled areas on the bus and went into the forest near the checkpoint, where 56-year-old woman touched the explosive device, the explosion of which she received shrapnel wounds to the legs, torso, arms and head.

The second woman was at a distance of about 20 meters from the explosion and received shrapnel wounds of the left Shin.

It is noted that the military had women first aid at the scene and then the ambulance took them to hospital. The health of both women is satisfactory.

In April, the OSCE said that during the year the mine was blown up 141 civilians, including 45 deaths.
