Obama also said that before the elections in the US held a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin at him cyberattacks, and “made clear that, although Russia will conduct reconnaissance activities even when the US is not going to like it, there’s a difference between exploration and intervention (hacker, – ed.) in elections or attacks on private organizations or commercial enterprises.”
