Онищенко повторно не пустили на выборы в Раду

MP Oleksandr Onishchenko

The Central election Commission again refused to register the people’s Deputy of the fugitive Alexander Onishchenko.

The Central election Commission (CEC) for the second time refused to register the people’s Deputy of the fugitive Alexander Onishchenko, candidate for people’s deputies in the early elections to the Verkhovna Rada. It is reported by the civil network OPORA on the page in Facebook on Monday, June 24.

It is noted that Onishchenko refused to register due to the fact that during the last five years, he does not live on the territory of Ukraine.

“Scandalous Deputy of the fugitive Alexander Onishchenko met the deputies, but the CEC for the second time denies the registration. And all because of the fact that during the last five years he had not lived in Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

We will remind, on June 15, the CEC refused Onishchenko to register a candidate for people’s deputies, as over the past five years he has not lived in Ukraine. Onishchenko has filed a lawsuit against the CEC decision and, on 21 June the Sixth administrative court of appeal obliged the CEC to register him as a candidate for people’s deputies on the constituency No. 93 in Kyiv region.

The decision in favor Onishchenko was made on the basis of the submitted documents that in 2016 and currently Onishchenko “is located outside of the state, as represented Ukraine at the equestrian competitions in the status of the rider”.
