Pastry chef Antonio Bachour, known worldwide for its unique desserts, will be held in the Academy of Culinary and Pastry Arts by Hector Bravo demonstration and practical workshops. 2-4 and 6-8 November, users will get the opportunity to learn the exotic recipes of desserts one of the best pastry chefs of our time.

The name of the famous pastry chef of Lebanese descent known even to people far from Haute cuisine. One of the top 10 best chefs in the world and the head of the pastry team at The hotel “The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort” (Miami, USA), Antonio Bachour is a true artist and trendsetter in desserts. The master draws inspiration in everything — architecture, painting, colours, shapes, trends modern fashion, and emotions.

Career Antonio Bashura, despite resistance from parents, who saw it as anyone, but not a pastry chef began at the age of 17, when the future guru opened his first pastry shop. Desserts pastry chef featured on the covers of leading specialized magazines “DulcyPas”, “Gourmet Magazine”, “Saber y Sabor”, and “Pastry Art&Design”, “The National Culinary Review”.

Antonio Bachour — author of three books, which are considered benchmarks for many fans of the confectionary: “Bachour” and “Bachour Simply Beautiful”, “Chocolate”. Now the master is working on the fourth book devoted to the art of baking.

Pastry chef in the framework of the master class will prepare several cakes, cheesecake, tarts and cakes:

  • Cake Caribbean banana-based sponge cake and cream with a mousse-coconut based white chocolate.
  • Cake “Pina colada” with lemon sponge cake, cream “Pina colada” with pineapple and decorated with a white mirror glaze.
  • Cake “Exotic Chocolate” with spiced biscuit mousse on the basis of dark chocolate and chocolate frosting.
  • Cheesecake Crème Fraiche.
  • Tarts Columbia with a traditional French biscuit sable.
  • Tarts “Columbia” with the sword, whipped milk chocolate and bachinski milk.
  • Tarts “Lemon-Basil” cream of lemon and Basil and raspberry jelly.
  • Sponge cakes Carrot with a yogurt mousse.
  • Cakes Mojito with mint biscuit.
  • Cake “Opera” with almonds and chocolate.
  • Snack verrin “Miss cotta-Strawberry”.
  • Chocolate BonBons with ganache.
