The defense Minister and the Governor discussed the possibility of location of military units in Berehove, Mukacheve and Uzhgorod.

The Ministry of defence is considering the location of the battalion of the 128th mountain-infantry brigade in Beregovo, Transcarpathian region. About it the speech went at the meeting of the Minister of defence Stepan Poltorak and the Governor of the region Gennady Moskal, reports the website of the Transcarpathian regional state administration.

“During intercourse they considered the possibility of the battalion of the 128th mountain-infantry brigade in Beregovo”, – stated in the message.

Also at the meeting discussed issues of development of infrastructure of military units in Mukachevo and Uzhgorod.

In addition, there was held a meeting during which discussed the progress of construction of infrastructure facilities for units of the Armed forces and housing for servicemen.

Note about plans to restore a military unit with a battalion of about 800 people in Beregovo reported in March. This has caused concern to Budapest.

Earlier slato know that Hungary has created the position of Minister, who will be responsible for the development of Transcarpathian region of Ukraine. In this regard, foreign Ministry demanded from Budapest-explanatory.

Also Kiev was outraged by the speech of the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban on the European prospects of Ukraine.
