At the annual press conference the President of Ukraine announced the first results bizwise.

Launched in Kiev the annual press conference of Petro Poroshenko, the President congratulated Ukrainians on a visa-free regime with the EU.

The President also announced the figures for foreign passports in the country.

“More than 3 million 300 thousand Ukrainian citizens have already received biometric passports and waiting for the historic decision. Millions more have ordinary passport with previously issued visas,” – said Poroshenko.

He also assured that all previously received visas can travel with them in the EU without problems.

“In 2016, more than 15 million times Ukrainians purescale the border with the European Union, and, now, I hope, will disappear queues at the embassies, consulates and visa centres. Be the past the paperwork,” he added.

Poroshenko said that Ukrainians can travel without visas in 52 countries of the world, and in June, added 34 countries to the EU. But it still adds the liberalization of visas to approximately 20 countries from the “white Schengen list” – Europe, Asia and South America.

Also, according to Poroshenko, 144 points of reforms has allowed the country to Ukraine, Beavis.
