Poroshenko signed a decree on awarding state awards 54 military-members of ATU

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on conferring state awards of the 54 soldiers-participants of anti-terrorist operations, 24 of which – posthumously. About it reports on Wednesday, may 18, the press service of the head of state.

“51 the serviceman of Armed forces of Ukraine and 3 soldiers of the National guard of Ukraine awarded awards for personal courage and high professionalism demonstrated while defending state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, allegiance to the military oath”, – stated in the message.

Among the recipients – 28 military 79-th, 80-th and 95-th separate airmobile brigades, who had the courage and fortitude during the execution of tasks within anti-terrorist operation in the Donbas.
