The head of state noted that he had given repeated testimony to the prosecutors in the case of the shootings on the Maidan.

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced that on Friday, may 10, again gave testimony to prosecutors in the investigation of crimes on the Maidan in 2014. The head of state said in Facebook.

“Today again gave testimony to prosecutors in the investigation of crimes against the revolution of Dignity on Maidan in 2014. I hope my answers to the additional questions will help in the investigation. It is extremely important for Ukrainian society,” − said Poroshenko.

He also noted that all of the perpetrators of this crime must be brought to justice.

“I am convinced that all the guilty must be punished,” – said the President.

Earlier media reported that Poroshenko was questioned by investigators of the GPU in the case of the shootings on the Maidan.

As you know, on may 7 he came for questioning to the Prosecutor General’s office, because at that time he took the oath the new members of the Supreme Court.

We will remind, in November of 2016 Poroshenko gave additional evidence, but not for two years, signed a Protocol of interrogation.
