Uman has written the application on dismissal

Igor Umansky said that the policy of government regarding issues related to Finance and budget, at odds with his vision.

Advisor to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, economist Igor Umansky filed the application on dismissal. He said this on air of TSN.

Former acting Minister of Finance of Ukraine reported that nearly six months have not talked to Poroshenko, so he resigned.

“The last year and a half I have not had the opportunity to chat with the President… the scope of questions for which I answered – it Finance, budgeting, banking (sector – ed.). This policy, which is now held by the government in this area does not fit with my vision of how it should happen,” he said.

According to Uman, for all the suggestions and tips that he sent to the President regarding his vision for the development and changes in financial and economic policy of the country, in the presidential Administration did not respond.

“Instead of supporting the economy, support the real sector and stimulate lending, we have replaced the goal, and we are strange (the targeting – ed.) of inflation,” he said.

“No goal, economic development is tampered with, an artificial goal, and, unfortunately, neither the previous nor the current leadership of the national Bank and the government do not want this policy to change,” – said Umansky.

Previously subscales that Poroshenko awarded his adviser in the Cross of Mazepa. The President awarded his freelance adviser and speechwriter Oleg Medvedev Ivan Mazepa’s Cross.
