At the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his us counterpart Donald trump, which will be held on December 1 in Buenos Aires, will discuss issues of bilateral relations, disarmament, stability in the world and regional issues, including the incident in the Kerch Strait. On Wednesday, November 28, said the Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, TASS.

“While I can confirm that the parties have agreed on the time and place of holding such meetings,” – said the representative of the Kremlin.

Speaking about the format of the upcoming contact, Ushakov said that there was a conversation in a tete-a-tete, then, after a conversation with face to face dialogue need to connect the key members of both delegations. “As for our part, we proceed from the fact that the conversation in Buenos Aires will be a continuation of the talks in Helsinki,” he said.

He explained that among the most likely topics for discussion it is possible to allocate three groups of questions. “The first is, of course, issues of ensuring strategic stability, disarmament dossier”, – said Ushakov.

The second set of issues that U.S. and Russian leaders could discuss during the upcoming meeting, is the regional governance and the fight against terrorism. “We are confident that the presidents touched upon the Syrian conflict, Iranian nuclear program, the Korean problem. It is not excluded that the latest developments in the area of the Kerch Strait,” he said.

The third element, obviously, will be the issue of relations between Moscow and Washington, “what will the two parties be done to bring these relations out of the impasse and start the search paths to recovery”.

According to the representative of the Kremlin, time for discussion of all these topics is enough. “But the presidents themselves will this time to dispose of and the duration of talks depends on the nature of this conversation actually is”, he concluded.

Previously, trump said that he might cancel his meeting with Putin over the conflict in the sea of Azov.
