Rada has forbidden to mobilize the relatives of those killed in ATO

Рада запретила мобилизовать родственников погибших в АТО

The bill was supported by 284 MP.

The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law exempting from the mobilization of relatives of persons killed in ATO.

As UKRINFORM reported, the bill No. 4482 voted 284 MP.

The law provides that persons who have close relatives (husband, wife, son, daughter, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother or mother (full, half) brother or sister) was killed or went missing during the anti-terrorist operation, can not be called up for military service mobilization, the special period.

It is also stated that the aforementioned persons may be called upon in case of their consent.

As reported Корреспондент.net, this year a new wave of mobilization may not be. According to the President of Petro Poroshenko, conducting the next wave of mobilization will depend on the situation in the East of Ukraine.
