“Thus, the citizen of Ukraine, which will soon release, will not be able to legally reside neither in Russia, nor to return home”, – stated in the message.

Perm Ombudsman Pavel Mikov intends to conduct a detailed legal analysis of this situation together with the Commissioner for the protection of human rights in Ukraine Lyudmila Denisova and resolve legal conflict.

Earlier, Lyudmila Denisova has sent a letter to Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova with the offer to exchange 36 located in Ukraine Russians prisoners in Russia Ukrainians.
