Employee strategic enterprises of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine was sentenced to four years in prison on charges of treason. This was stated by the representative of counterintelligence of SBU Vladimir Nistuk, said on Thursday, December 27, RBC-Ukraine.

According to him, the SBU can now confirm that in 2018 counterintelligence detained two enlisted members of the Armed forces of Ukraine suspected of treason.

“We can speak only about individual cases. In this case it was only two members of the Armed forces of Ukraine. It was also reported that the Goloseevsky regional court of Kiev arrested the accused in the treason of the former Chairman of Appellate court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Valeriy Chernobuk for two months – until January 1, 2019.
