Scientists from the University of Eastern Finland found that daily use of the sauna reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and also lowers by 50% the risk of cardiovascular disease, reports the Daily Mail.

The result was that those who went to the sauna twice a week, the risk of blood pressure decreased by 24 percent. And those who often frequented the sauna, the figure rose to 46 per cent.
