In the constitutional court of Ukraine stated about absence of the decision of the District administrative court of vostanovleniju Stanislav Shevchuk.

The former head of the constitutional court Stanislav Shevchuk, who is the District administrative court of Kiev reinstated, the guards were not allowed to work. This is stated in the story TSN.

Lawyers Shevchuk called the police to commit the non-admission to work and will complain to the State Bureau of investigation.

Commenting on the adjournment of the court decision, Shevchuk said that can’t wait a few years, as his powers remain 3 years. In his opinion, the decision should be executed immediately.

In turn, the constitutional court of Ukraine stated about absence of the decision of the District administrative court of Kyiv regarding the recovery of Stanislav Shevchuk as the head of the court. About it reports a press-service KSU.

Also in a press-service KSU said the lack of abbreviated and full text of decisions in the Unified state register of court decisions.

“As of October 16, 2019, at the time of the arrival of Stanislav Shevchuk, the constitutional court of Ukraine the decision of the District administrative court of Kiev in case № 640/8752/19 certified by the stamp, as required by the current legislation of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

Recall that on may 14 the judges of the CCU voted on mistrust to the head of the court, as well as for his resignation. Shevchuk considers the decision unconstitutional coup.

The new head of the CCU was appointed Natalia Shaptala, but her powers ended in September. Instead, the head of KSU chose Alexander Topackage.

And on October 11th the District administrative court of Kiev restored Stanislav Shevchuk as the Chairman of the constitutional court.
