According to Zhebrivsky, a sick woman was forced to fly from Kaliningrad to Moscow and then from Moscow to Belgorod and thence by bus to the walking-car crossing nekhoteevka-hoptivka.

Ukrainian Diaspora in Kaliningrad region gave Mrs. Lygia wheelchair – without it the woman would not be able to overcome the road.

“On the Ukrainian land Lygia Romanova met representatives of the Department of social protection of the population Donoghue and physicians the medical air transport: visited, fed and sent to the hospital, where she will stay for the next two weeks – until a full examination,” added zhebrivskyi.

During this time, services of social protection will prepare the necessary documents in order to get her to the regional specialized social institution.
