In this regard, the national Bank began collecting information for the preparation of the indicative of the balance that will determine the amount of oil and oil products required for domestic needs of Belarus. Thus, the plan to restrict the re-export by Belarus of Russian petroleum products. It is expected that will limit the supply from the fourth quarter of 2018.

Russia is supplying oil to Belarus, oil products and LPG without paying customs duties within the common economic space, seeking from Minsk refusal of re-export of preferential supply of fuel, which brings to the Belarusian budget, additional revenues, and the Russian losses.

According to railway statistics, the export of oil products from Russia to Belarus is continuously growing: two times – in 2017, compared to 2016, to 3.3 million tons and in the first half of this year and by another 44% over the same period 2017 to 2 million t. Deliveries of LPG grew by 133%, to 551,1 kt and 128% to 479,8 thousand

Earlier it was reported that Ukraine increased import of petroleum products by a third. Most oil products were delivered from Belarus, Russia and Lithuania.
