This was stated by the head of the airport Paul Ryabikin during a press conference, reports Interfax-Ukraine.

“First: they are demanding that the disputed issues were resolved in the London arbitration, applying the London law. We insist that the issues should be resolved in a judicial procedure in Ukrainian courts”, – he said.

In addition, Ryabikin gave a number of ultimatums of the carrier, do not comply with Ukrainian legislation. Among them, free air navigation, front Desk, taxi stand, area under advertising, ticketing offices, the requirement to 60 days credit from the airport and paid 35% of the profits from the activities of duty-free shops, securing passenger fee in the amount of $7.5 for five years.

Ryabikin said he did not intend to sign an agreement with Ryanair until you have removed all the differences.

“I can say as a Manager of a state enterprise that this contract is not profitable for us”, – he said.

Ryabikin also stated about the facts of political pressure on him in the framework of the new airline and expressed bewilderment as to why the Memorandum with the carrier signed at the government level.
