Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office has made and signed a written notification about suspicion to the former acting head of the State fiscal service.

Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office in absentia declared suspicion in illegal enrichment of former acting head of the State fiscal service Miroslav Prodan. On Friday, November 16, the press service of the Ministry on the social network Facebook.

So, 15 November the Prosecutor of the SAP is drawn up and signed written notice Prodan on suspicion of committing a crime under the article on illicit enrichment.

It is noted that the prosecutors had provided “the presentation of the abovementioned notice of suspicion in the manner provided in criminal procedure code of Ukraine”.

In SAP recalled that on 15 November Sold was not on the call for investigation and procedural actions in criminal proceedings on charges of illicit enrichment, and article about money laundering.

Before that, former acting Chairman of the SFS was summoned to the SAP on 8 November.

“However, the official call did not come until the present time has not provided any supporting documents regarding the validity of the reasons for the absence of”, – stated in the message.

In the SAP said that the former official is suspected of receiving during the leadership of the SFS in the property more than 89 million UAH that for his personal use, acquired a number of real estate and vehicles.

Among the objects purchased two apartments in the luxury Metropolitan building worth 6,7 million UAH, two houses in Turkey, worth 78 million, three Executive cars with a total value of UAH 3.4 million.

Also the consequence checks participation in Sold to purchase other real estate objects in Kiev and luxury cars.

As reported, Sold, filed for dismissal in September.

It also became known that the GPU has opened a criminal case against Sold.
