It turned out that in the worst case for people aged 50 years life expectancy is 29 years for women and 25.5 years for men.

However, if the person leads a healthy lifestyle, the life expectancy in the middle reaches of 87.6 is 93.1 years.

The role of all five considered factors: proper nutrition, physical activity, body weight, moderate alcohol consumption and quitting Smoking.

Subjects from this group of volunteers is 74 per cent less likely to have died during the study period than those who did not adhere to healthy habits.
