To the state returned 15 hectares of land in Fastovsky area.

By the public Prosecutor of the Kiev region, the court ordered one of the hunting societies to return to the state property land area of over 15 thousand hectares on the territory of Fastiv. This was announced by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko on his Facebook page on Wednesday, July 5.

According to him, this society “associated with the son of the former General Prosecutor of Ukraine of times of Yanukovych”.

Lutsenko said that the society has been the hunting grounds of gross violations of legally defined procedures for the termination of the right of prior user – SE “Fastiv forestry”, and in the absence of necessary approvals of all the owners and users of land included in the boundaries of hunting grounds.

“Nowadays, the said court decision is fully implemented as evidenced by the issuance by the state of Fastiv district bailiffs’ service,” wrote the attorney General.

Recall that in September 2014 the Prosecutor has opened two criminal cases against Viktor Pshonka and his son Artem. In April 2014 against Pshonka has already been prosecuted, and then he was declared an international criminal investigation.
