This was reported in the Facebook press Secretary of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Larisa Sargan.

“I appeal to the supporters of the acting Minister of health Ulyana Suprun. We saw your flashmob “Pass the request to the Prosecutor General on the withdrawal of immunity from Mosiychuk”. Let’s face it: for you it is a regular flash mob, we need to handle more than 3 thousand queries and answer them within 5 days”, – wrote Gar.

However, she noted that the number of letters in the e-mail GPU “parliamentary immunity from the MP just doesn’t come off”.

Gar explained that in 2015, the Supreme administrative court declared illegal the decision on inclusion in the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada the issue of the consent for the involvement of the Chairman to criminal responsibility, detention and arrest. The Supreme court has left this decision without changes.

“As a result, fulfilling the requirements of the code of criminal procedure and on the basis of decisions taken by the courts, 20.10.2016 year suspicion Mosiychuk was cancelled”, – said the press Secretary of the Prosecutor General.
