The Russian company Tatneft has filed a lawsuit in an English court on several businessmen of Ukraine on the case of Ukrtatnafta – oil supply to Kremenchug refinery. Tatneft claims 334,1 million dollars damages and interest, reported in a press-service of the company on Thursday, April 21.

In the lawsuit filed March 12 are Gennadiy Bogolyubov and Igor Kolomoisky, Alexander Yaroslavsky and Pavel Ovcharenko.

The claim Tatneft claims that in 2009, the above businessmen “fraudulently appropriated funds” owed to the company for oil, delivered to Kremenchuk oil refinery, owned by Ukrtatnafta.

As reported Корреспондент.net, in 2014 Ukraine has lost a dispute with Tatneft in international arbitration by 100 million dollars. Court of appeal of Paris on 18 October, will begin its consideration on the merits of Ukraine of this decision.
