The government has unadmirable the issue of deprivation of the status of combatants, making the appropriate changes to the resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of August 20, 2014 No. 413. This is stated in the government decree.
It is noted that the changes introduced by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 18, 2017 No. 789, provide the possibility of deprivation of the status of combatant persons who participated in the ATO, in the case of a conviction by a court for any person committing a deliberate serious crime of revealing the fact of providing false information about participation in the ATO or on the personal application of a person.
In the text of the resolution also notes that amendments to the regulation on the Unified state automated register of persons entitled to benefits approved by the resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of 29 January 2003 No. 117, for inclusion in the registry of relevant information on the loss of rights to benefits.
