The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman will operate after the annual “immunity”, that is, the whole 2017. So consider 74% of the experts. Another 3% believe that the government will be changed immediately after the loss of “immunity,” 3% believe that the government will be changed before the end of the “immunity”.

This is evidenced by the results of the survey of experts of analytical Department “of the Agency’s media strategies”, the Agency “Interfax-Ukraine”.

In addition, in the survey, experts were given the opportunity to choose three areas of reform that this year the government had paid most attention.

18% of experts included in these areas, the launch of anti-corruption agencies and e-Declaration, 16% said reform in the energy sector, 14% – economic reform, and 12% reform, and infrastructure development (including roads), 8% – health care reform.

However, none of the expert does not believe that the government has paid the most attention to the support of agriculture.

31% of experts considers that among the decisions of the government the citizens will remember increasing two times the minimum wage, 27% – simultaneous adoption of market prices for gas, 12% – start large-scale road repairs.

As the greatest challenges facing the government, 23% of the experts said that the increase in activity of the populists, a 13% decrease in the support for Ukraine from the international community, 12% – social protests on the grounds of utility tariffs, low social standards and pensions.

16% believe that the government in 2017 should make it a priority to economic reform, 11% – health care reform and 10% launch anti-corruption bodies and e-Declaration.

The survey was conducted from 8 to 10 December by a telephone survey and personal questionnaires. There were interviewed 30 experts, including well-known Ukrainian experts and political scientists.

We will remind, Rada should approve the state budget, 2017 to December 22. According to the speaker, until 20 December, the draft budget needs to be adopted in the first reading.
