The validity of the measure of restraint for ex-the mayor of Slavyansk expired on 14 January and at the moment none of the measure does not apply to it.

By the decision of the Appeal court of Kharkiv region the case of ex-mayor of Slavyansk Nely Shtepy will consider the Oktyabrsky district court of Kharkiv. About it reports the local edition MediaPort with reference to the press service of the regional Prosecutor’s office.

The Supervisory Agency calculated that the business Shtepa will be submitted to the court on January 17, and within five days appoint a first meeting.

It is also reported that the validity of a measure of restraint in the form of home arrest chosen by the court for the Stay expired on January 14 and at the moment none of the measure does not apply to it. In early January, the Prosecutor’s office requested the extension of a measure of restraint, but it was never considered.

So, on January 9 the meeting was not held due to the lack of judges, and on 11 January, the judge refused to hear the case.

“Prosecutors will apply to the new composition of the court with the petition for election measures of restraint against the accused”, – reported in Prosecutor’s office.

As reported Корреспондент.netthe criminal case concerning Neli Shtepa can start listening again for the fifth time.

Recall that Shtepa was arrested on July 13, 2014. She is suspected of infringement of territorial integrity of Ukraine and aiding the separatists.
