Their public use, demonstration or carrying shall be punished by a fine of from 850 to 2550 UAH. Repeated violation of the law – a fine up to 5,100 UAH or arrest for 15 days with confiscation of materials.

Earlier moldovanin was not allowed to Ukraine because of the ribbons.
