The main military Prosecutor’s office handed over suspicion and summoned the commander of the Russian black sea fleet Vice Admiral Alexander Vitko in the most serious crimes against Ukraine.

According to the press service of the GPU, the suspicion has been officially handed over by the courier at the location of Vitko in Sevastopol on 18 April at 17:00. He was summoned for questioning on 25 April.

Black sea fleet commander of Russian armed forces is suspected that “during the period from 20 February 2014 to 21 March 2014 he committed criminal acts for the purpose of modifying the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine; incited to commit gosizmeny; organized actions aimed at damaging objects, vital for defence; planned, prepared and participated in waging aggressive war against Ukraine”.

The Prosecutor’s office reports that there is sufficient evidence that Vitko made military occupation and subsequent annexation of Crimea.

“Also undertook actions aimed at ensuring the military occupation of the armed forces of the territory of the Crimea Peninsula, organization of blocking of military units of the Ukrainian armed forces, transport communications, capture of buildings and constructions of state power bodies of Ukraine and others, which led to the violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and causing damages to the preliminary $ 1 trillion 80 billion 352 million hryvnias”, – the GPU.

Earlier it was reported that the military Prosecutor’s office announced on suspicion of treason 144 employees of the Prosecutor’s office of Crimea, which took the side of the illegal authorities.
