The Pechersky district court of Kiev cancelled the measure of restraint in the form of the personal obligation for Andrew Medvedko, a suspect in the murder of directions. This was reported by the correspondent channel “112 Ukraine”.

“The 26th of may according to needs to remove an electronic bracelet. Prior to that, he was under a personal obligation, he constantly had to report in their whereabouts to the Prosecutor and to move within the limits specified by prosecutors. After 2 days he can be a free man, but will remain a suspect until will continue the investigation. Prosecutors insisted on extending the personal obligation for another 2 months, during which time they were supposed to complete a pre-trial investigation. The lawyers took advantage of the fact that prosecutors all over the some time several times unreasonably stopped the investigation,” – said the correspondent.

We will remind, journalist Oles Buzina was shot dead on 16 April 2015 in Kiev near his home.

Andrew Medvedko and Denis Polishchuk, who are suspected in the murder of an Elder, were arrested June 18, 2015 Polishchuk Later released on bail of 5 million UAH, which made businessman Alexey Tamrazov. Medvedko and Polishchuk denied involvement in the murder.
