The Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev which considers the case of collision under the Rada on 31 August, after clashes moved to the closed mode. This was reported from the scene correspondent channel “112 Ukraine”.

“Now there is a preliminary hearing in the case of ex-soldiers of the battalion “Sich” Igor Gumenyuk and Sergey Krynica. They are accused of organizing and committing a terrorist act on 31 August last year under the VR. Today the hearings started in open mode. The Shevchenkovsky regional court gathered a few dozen activists. They demand a fair trial. When the lawyers requested the recusal of judges in a courtroom clashes began, because of what the judges had to make the meeting closed. Now the court still has activists. Law enforcement authorities strengthened their positions. Now the court situation is calm and stable”, – told the correspondent.

The suspect is charged with committing offenses under part 3 of article 258 (terrorist act), part 1 article 263 (illegal weapon handling, fighting supplies or explosives), part 2 of article 342 (resistance to representative of authority, law enforcement bodies, state Executive member of public formation on protection of a public order and state border or a serviceman) of the criminal code of Ukraine.

After the events near the Parliament, law enforcement authorities reported that in the case of collisions under the Parliament reported about suspicion to 22 persons.
