The Supreme court ordered the release from custody of volunteers of the battalion “Aydar” Nikolay Agapov (Pit), Vadim Feshchenko (Rex) and Roman schurova (Speaker), which for more than three years behind bars for robbery and endangering the life of a police officer. It is noted that in December 2015 the volunteers of the battalion “Aidar” detained a suspicious man, who had with him the documents but had a weapon, and his cell phone found photos of military positions. It later turned out that the detainee was an employee of the interior Ministry. Soldiers accused of robbery and endangering the life of a law enforcement officer and was sentenced to eight years in prison.
