The court will consider a case concerning the dismissal of Avakov

The interior Minister accused of compliance to the members of the government. The court will consider this case according to the simplified procedure without summoning the parties.

The district administrative court of Kyiv has opened proceedings about the mismatch of Arsen Avakov the Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine. About it reports a press-service of the court.

It is reported that the court opened proceedings on the claim to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman, the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov for failing to submit to the Verkhovna Rada representation for dismissal of the interior Minister. The court will consider this case according to the simplified procedure without summoning the parties (consideration is not more than 60 days).

It is also reported that the plaintiff asks the court to declare illegal actions of the police, which violated the requirements for members of the Cabinet. Also, the plaintiff asks the court to order, in Parliament to make a representation about the dismissal of Avakov.

Earlier it was reported, Avakov sued for misconduct. The plaintiff alleges that the Minister of internal Affairs in violation of article of the law with the requirements of the Ministers, including knowledge of Ukrainian language.

Earlier Avakov declared that the radicals of C14 work in the SBU. Also according to him, the SBU through business Catherine Gandzyuk tried to discredit the police.
