The debt decreased by 0.8%

In September, the Ukrainians paid for housing and utility services 3.8 billion hryvnia.

The debt of Ukraine’s population for housing and utility services in September 2017 fell by 0.8% compared with August and amounted to 23.5 billion UAH (excluding energy). This was reported on the official website of the State statistics service.

As it became known, in September, the Ukrainians paid for housing and utility services 3.8 billion, including debt repayment prior periods amounted to 106,9% calculated for this month amounts.

The highest level of payment zhilkomuslug in September was recorded in Kharkiv (159,8% with account of repayment of debts of previous periods), Zaporizhzhya (126,5%) and Mykolaiv (received 124.3%). And the lowest in Sumy (72,5%), Ivano-Frankivsk (75,8%) and Ternopil (78%).

As noted, data are presented excluding the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and Sevastopol and part of the zone of the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine.

We will remind, in Russia the level of debt on payment for housing and communal services is not reduced and remains at level of last year – 1,243 trillion roubles.
