The European Union gave the “green light” bezveze

Now the Council of Europe will be able to start negotiations on visa-free regime with the European Parliament.

The ambassadors of the European Union gave the “green light” to the European Council to start negotiations with the European Parliament on visa-free regime with Ukraine, according to the Brussels correspondent of Radio Freedom Rikard Jozwiak wrote on Twitter.

“EU ambassadors have given the green light to the European Council to start negotiations with the European Parliament about Ukrainian “bezveze”. But first there must be a mechanism postanovleniya visa-free regime,” – wrote Jozwiak.

Reuters confirms that the ambassadors of the EU countries approved the introduction bezveza for Ukraine, with certain conditions.

It is clarified that this decision will enter into force only after EU countries agree on the mechanism of the emergency termination.

“Our decision is a positive signal ahead of the summit Ukraine-EU, scheduled for November 24,” – said the Ambassador of the EU presidency Slovakia Peter Javorcik.

Earlier, the same journalist wrote that the actual liberalization of the visa regime for Ukraine will take place not earlier than February-March.

And recently it was reported that the European Parliament is willing to give bezviz Ukraine.

Also note that the President Petro Poroshenko, speaking on bitwise Ukraine, said that there is still hope for progress in resolving this issue before the summit on November 24.
