In addition, the foreign Ministry added that the signing of the agreement is impossible without settlement of the dispute between Britain and Spain over Gibraltar, which became topical after the referendum on withdrawal of Britain from the EU.

“Ukraine has no right to make any unilateral decisions on this issue. Question definition the Gibraltar is discussed European and Ukrainian parties from June 2014”, – noted in the Ministry.

As expected, the EU and Ukraine will sign an agreement on joint aviation space next year, after the British exit from the EU.
