Former Deputy Chairman of the Supreme economic court of Ukraine is suspected of financing separatists from “LNR” and “DNR”. About it reports a press-the SBU center on Friday, October 12.

“Operatives of the intelligence service established that during the tenure of the attacker for illegal remuneration affect the required customers making judicial decisions. For the legalization of funds received the judge through proxies and surrogates, in particular, bought business objects and commercial real estate in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk region”, – stated in the message.

According to the SBU, controlled by suspect commercial structures in the occupied territories regularly pay so-called taxes and fees to the structures of the separatists. In one of the rooms of the former Deputy head of the court placed “the Central Bank of the DPR”.

“During the authorized investigative actions in Kiev at the residence addresses of the attacker, other defendants in the case, and their offices, the police seized documents and media, which may indicate the involvement of the attackers to commit commercial transactions on the territory ORDO and financing of the separatists”, – noted in SBU.

It is emphasized that during the searches, have also seized more than $210 thousand, more than 11 million euros and more than 230 thousand UAH.

“At one of the addresses of the defendants in the case, the operatives of the security services found and the former Vice-President”, – reported in SBU.

In turn, the newspaper Ukrainska Pravda reported with reference to sources in law enforcement that we are talking about Arthur Emelyanov.

Earlier in Zaporozhye detained the supporter “DNR”, who was allegedly recruited by special services of Russia and collected information on the Armed forces of Ukraine.
