Judges of the constitutional court made a “serious criminal offence” by voting no confidence and his dismissal, said Shevchuk.

Fired on Tuesday, may 14, the head of the constitutional court of Ukraine Stanislav Shevchuk called his resignation of the unconstitutional coup. Wrote about this on his page in Facebook.

“Dear citizens of Ukraine! Today held unconstitutional coup in the constitutional Court of Ukraine and the seizure of state power by persons occupying posts of judges of the constitutional Court of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

Shevchuk said that the judges of the constitutional court, which voted for his dismissal, has committed “a felony” and accused President Petro Poroshenko in the incident.

“Of course, that behind this crime is the main beneficiary Poroshenko, who is making every effort to retain power by maintaining control over major state institutions,” – said Shevchuk.

He stressed that he intends to challenge his dismissal.

“I’m not going to give up and tomorrow will go to court and to law enforcement agencies,” wrote Shevchuk.

At the end of his post, he urged all concerned citizens of Ukraine to unite for protection of their choice, the President and the Constitution.
