Vadim Mosiychuk must submit documents for traveling abroad

At the trial of eight MPs expressed their desire to take Vadym Mosiychuk on bail.

The Goloseevsky district court of Kiev chose a measure of restraint in the form of the personal obligation to the head of the State Agency of reserves (state Reserve) Vadim Mosiychuk, who is suspected of negligence.

On Friday, October 5, reports Ukrainska Pravda, citing the press Secretary of the Prosecutor’s office of Kiev Hope the maximes.

“The court partially satisfied the petition of Prosecutor’s office, applying to the suspect the measure of restraint, but not in the form of a night of house arrest wearing an electronic bracelet, and personal obligations,” she said.

The validity of the decision until December 3, 2018.

While the court put on suspect a number of procedural obligations, namely to refrain from communicating with witnesses in a criminal proceeding to arrive at each request of the investigator, Prosecutor or court, to report a change of residence and to hand over documents to travel abroad.

Maksimets added that at the trial of eight MPs expressed their desire to take Mosiychuk on bail.

“Within five days from the date of receipt of the full text of the decision of the Prosecutor’s office will decide about its possible appeal,” – said the press Secretary of the Prosecutor’s office.

Earlier it became known that the court refused to dismiss the head of the state Reserve. The court did not consider lack risks in the presence of Vadim Mosiychuk, as head of the Department, cited by prosecutors.

The security forces raided Mosiychuk. He was handed a suspicion under part 2 St. 367 (negligence) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
