The head of the delegation of Ukraine to PACE, MP from the PPO Vladimir Aryev said that disapproved of the inclusion in the composition of the delegation of the Deputy from “Opposition bloc” Vadim Novinsky. About this Aryev said in comments to journalists on the sidelines of Parliament.

“I’m not very happy about this, but there is one thing. PACE has one iron rule, factions and groups of the national parliaments included in this or that national delegations should be inalienable and guaranteed right to delegate those whom they want,” said the Ariev.

According to him, Novinsky, who is under investigation will be required to grant permission to leave the country to participate in the PACE session because of the immunity.

“This immunity extends, and to protect against political, as they say, of persecution, and to protection from criminal proceedings , such immunity is not present”, – said the head of the delegation.
