Still occurs some number of questions that you don’t quite understand, I hope that after explaining NACP, we will be able to better navigate some of the nuances, because the law has flaws and therefore they are in need of clarification. Recall that in Ukraine since 00:00 on 15 August in test mode launched a system of electronic declaring of incomes of officials, but without the data protection mechanism. In NACP believe that in the near future all the defects of a technical nature will be corrected. However, the Center for combating corruption and a number of MPs believe that the launch of the system without a security certificate will prevent the bringing corrupt officials to justice. In NACP said that the full launch of the system on 1 September.

On August 23 at the government meeting Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman told the head NACP Natalia Korchak due to delays in the launch of e-Declaration and demanded to run the system on 1 September, threatening with dismissals. On the same day, the National Agency for prevention of corruption (NACP) has closed the access to the system of electronic Declaration.
